"Clap your hands, all peoples! Shout to God with loud, joyful songs!" Psalm 47:1.
Because, you, Lord Jehovah, reign the great king over all the earth! Because you, O God, are fearsome! You have subdued the enemy. O Christ: You arose with a shout! We sing praises to you, O King! O God: You have chosen Jesus' people as your heritage. You have loved us. You reign over all the earth. We praise you in psalm. We sing praises! You reign over the nations. You rule from your holy throne! Leaders of all peoples gather to you, O God of Abraham, of Sarah! Earth's shields belong to you.
As we meet with a brother or sister today we joy in Jesus' rising up to God. And, together, we shout praises and thanksgivings to our God who reigns for ever!
