Vision

"In your light do we see light," Psalm 36:9.

O Lord, Jehovah God! Your love reaches up to the heavens, your loyalty to the skies! Your goodness ranges past mountaintops, ocean depths shallow in your justice. You protect all your creatures. Your precious love covers us in the shadow of your wings. Everyone enjoys feasting in your house. You give drink from your river of pleasure. Life's fountain belongs to you. Your light brings light to our eyes, and we can see. To know you - Yes! to be known by you - brings your love and goodness flooding into good hearts. Keep us from arrogance. Keep us unyielding against bullies. They cannot rise from your judgment. Oh, God, continue your steadfast love!

God's light awakens eyes today that we see Him true. We recognize each other, brothers or sisters together, and glory in God's vision with thanksgiving.
